About

The Bolton and Bury Children’s University is an initiative that aims to promote and celebrate extra curricular learning opportunities for young people between and including the ages of 5 and 14 in and around the town of Bolton. We are affiliated to the national Children’s University organisation.

Passport to Learning

It is easy to get involved with the Children’s University. All you need is one of our Passports to Learning which is included in our membership fee of just £3.50. Then you can begin to collect stamps at each of the clubs/activities that you attend outside of school hours and work your way towards one of the fantastic Children’s University awards that will be presented in a cap and gown graduation ceremony at the University of Bolton.

Children’s University Passports to Learning can be purchased from your school or from any of our learning destinations. If your school does not have any please let us know.
